These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI QA Agent. By using the service, you confirm acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Service provider

These Terms govern access to AI QA Agent provided by ProITM Piotr Szczepaniuk, al. Aleja Wilanowska 95 lok. 8, 02-765 Warszawa, Poland, NIP/VAT ID 1132404367, REGON 523963446.

2. Definitions

  • "Service" means the AI QA Agent web application and related functionality.
  • "User" means any person or entity accessing or using the Service.
  • "Account" means a registered user profile used to access protected functionality.
  • "Customer Data" means business and QA-related data uploaded by users.

3. Scope of service

AI QA Agent is a SaaS application for evidence-backed web QA: URL scans, structured findings with human validation, reporting, and related automation-assisted workflows. The Service supports engineering and delivery decisions and does not replace professional QA judgment, security review, or release sign-off.

4. Account registration and security

  • You must provide accurate account and billing information.
  • You are responsible for account credentials and all activity performed under your account.
  • You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or security incidents.

5. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

  • Use the service only for lawful QA and business activities.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, abuse APIs, spread malware, or disrupt service operations.
  • Do not upload unlawful content or data you are not authorized to process.
  • Do not use the Service for prohibited scraping or platform-term violations.

6. Plans, subscriptions, and renewals

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on recurring monthly or annual cycles.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
  • Plan limits and features are described in product and billing pages.

7. Payments via Stripe

Payment processing is provided by Stripe and is subject to Stripe terms and privacy policy. We do not store full payment card data. We may rely on Stripe Tax and Stripe Invoicing for tax calculation and invoice issuance.

8. VAT, taxes, and invoices

Prices are presented as net/gross according to checkout context. For B2B customers, valid tax IDs should be provided during billing setup. EU cross-border B2B services may be invoiced under reverse charge where legally applicable.

9. Intellectual property

All software, branding, and service content remain the intellectual property of ProITM Piotr Szczepaniuk or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during an active subscription.

10. Customer data and data protection

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Business customers remain responsible for the legality of data they upload. Where required, additional data processing terms may be agreed.

11. Availability and changes

We may evolve, improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

12. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties. Our liability is limited to direct damages up to fees paid in the preceding 12 months, except where liability cannot be limited by mandatory law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims resulting from your unlawful use of the Service, unauthorized data processing, or breach of these Terms.

15. Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel subscription according to billing rules.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Polish law. For B2B customers, disputes are submitted to courts competent for Warsaw, Poland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised terms.
